Catnip is well known for its ability to get some cats high, plunging them into a rolling, purring ecstasy of delight! Other uses for catnip include peroid pain and tension headaches. Gently relaxing, catnip is also a potentiator – increasing the effects of other herbs that it is consumed with. May be smoked as a relaxing alternative.
2 tsp/cup, steep 10 minutes. Take 1 – 3 times daily. For children: 1/2 dose, sweetened. May be smoked.
