Chamomile Flowers
German Chamomile Flowers are a member of the aster and sunflower family that people have used for centuries. Chamomile is probably best known as a tea to calm an upset stomach or to help with sleep. It is often used in teas and in topical products formulated for the hair and skin. Chamomile can be used in an infusion or bath, or as a tincture, which is a concentrated extract mixed with alcohol.

2-3 tsp/cup, steep covered 10 mins (1/2 tsp for children/babies). Drink freely.
