Chaste Tree Berries
Chaste Tree Berry (Vitex agnus-catus) is the fruit of the chaste tree. Women have used chaste berry since ancient times to help reduce the symptoms of menstrual problems and to stimulate the production of breast milk. Modern clinical trials have expounded on this ancient knowledge and Chaste tree berries is now widely used for PMS, menstrual irregularities and mastalgia. It has also been used in cases of teenage acne.
Crush or soak 1tsp per serve. Simmer 10mins, brew & serve.
