Mexican Valerian Root Spagyric
Valerian Root Spagyric is mainly used for nervous tension. It is an excellent nerve tonic and as such helps greatly with anxiety, stress, and insomnia and is also used for more serious psychosomatic ailments like hysteria and panic attacks. It is an effective muscle relaxant and antispasmodic, useful for muscle spasms, menstrual cramps, and intestinal colic. Some people find it to be an effective pain relief. Valerian is also used for high blood pressure.
