Mugwort Leaf
Inhale the aroma of dried Mugwort under your pillow to induce lucid dreaming!
Mugwort Leaf was the original beer brewing herb of Europe and is traditionally thought to be tonifying to the liver, due to its bitterness. Mugwort has a long history of use both, medicinally and magically. Mugwort use can be traced around the world right back to ancient Rome, throughout Europe, in China and North America – where the original peoples used it as a smudge. Once known as ‘sailor’s tobacco’, Mugwort is a popular alternative smoking herb to tobacco or cannabis, tasty and very cool. In modern herbalism Mugwort has also been used to stimulate and ease discomfort during menstruation.
