Pine needle tea has been traditionally used in Chinese medicine. It has been used for the flu, hormonal imbalances and complications with vision.
Preparation
Serving Suggestion: Crush or grind the the pine needles to release everything properly due to its slightly hardy protective coating.
Use 2-3 grams per cup and steep for 10 mins. Sweeten with honey or stevia if desired.
