Raw Noni Fruit Powder
Raw Noni Fruit Powder is traditionally used in Peru for digestive and skin health. Mix with juices, yogurt or add to your favorite smoothie.
Noni fruits are used as a diuretic, a laxative, an emollient and as an emmenagogue. Liquid pressed from young fruit is snuffed into each nostril to treat bad breath and raspy voice. Young fruits are used to treat high blood pressure.
Preparation
Mix 1 teaspoon into cereals, porridge, and drinks. Alternately use 2-5 grams (1-2 teaspoons) per serve, add a little hot water, add a little more boiled water and let sit for 10 minutes. Top up with boiled water and add honey if needed.
