Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your continued use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.
1. Currency and Pricing
All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars. All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout pages. Most countries have tax included in the price; if not, the tax will be shown on the checkout page before purchase.
2. Payment policy
Payment is due prior to shipping. Goods will only ship once the full payment has been received.
You will receive a confirmation email for your order. Tax Invoice are issued on request only.
Credit card transactions are processed securely by our partners and no card details are stored on our server.
The Herb Temple reserves the right to amend or cancel an order if the price shown on the Site was wrong.
Transaction Fees are non refundable.
3. Shipping and Delivery
The Herb Temple delivers products to most countries of planet earth. Shipping rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy, and will be quoted with any order. All delivery services we use offset their carbon footprint.
4. Customer Service
The Herb Temple is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. Standard dispatch timeframes are between 1โ3 business days. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, your order, or life in general, contact our support team.
5. Return Policy
The Herb Temple assists with easy returns to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
If anything isn’t as it should be get in touch and we’ll sort out an exchange or credit straight away.
If you’ve made an error in purchasing, don’t hesitate to ask our team for advice. The earlier we catch things, the more chance we have of reducing unnecessary shipping, which is kinder to the environment. Even better, choose as carefully as you can before hitting that confirmation button of joy. Hurrah.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless we have made a mistake with your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Upon receiving a return, a store credit will be issued to your account.
Refunds will only be offered for any major faults or defects. No refund will be given for change of mind. A store credit may be issued for an exchange of products.
Orders including products on pre-order/back-order are non refundable for 45 days from the date of the order. Only in the case where we are unable to fulfil your order within this timeframe will we process a refund.
6. Proof of age
The Herb Temple takes all reasonable precautions and exercises due diligence to protect underage persons from accessing products restricted to 18 years old. By entering your date of birth into our system to confirm your age, you agree to be bound by these terms. It is an offence to lie about your age in order to access products that are restricted to 18 years and older. Under no circumstances The Herb Temple or any of its associates can be held accountable for such breach of contract. All liabilities that may arise falls upon the customer or its representative. The Herb Temple reserves the right to prosecute offenders. You agree to indemnify us against any and all liability, loss, costs and expenses arising from or incurred in connection with such unauthorised access.
7. Warranty
Since most of our products are consumables or handmade, they are not covered by a warranty. Only when a warranty is provided by the manufacturer will it be made available to you.
8. Disclaimer
Our disclaimer is an integral part of our terms and conditions. By using our Site, creating an account or purchasing products, you fully agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The contents of our website, and the site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our Site) use by its users.
