Brahmi – Bacopa monnieri

Preparation
Leaf: 1 tsp/cup, steep covered 10 minutes. Drink 2 times daily for 30 days for lasting memory improvement.
Powder: Use 2 grams (1teaspoon) per serve. Powdered herb straight into the cup, mixed into a paste and hot water added. Stir while drinking so that fibre is easily swallowed. For best results, use the whole herb. Can also be added to juice and smoothies. Blends well with Ginkgo and Gotu Kola.
