Rosehip
Rosehips are the fruit of the rose. Once the flower has bloomed and the petals have fallen off, the ‘hip' is plucked from the centre. Rosehips have huge medicinal value. Rosehips are believed to be native to Persia.
Preparation
Use 2-5 grams (1-2 teaspoons) per serve. Simmer in a pot for ten minutes strain and pour. Add sweetener as needed.
