Speedwell
Speedwell herb is native to Europe, where it has a long history of use as an expectorant and to treat sore throats and stomach complaints.
Super tonic herb. Good for skin irritations and wounds.
Primarily used as an expectorant in respiratory problems. Used for stomach ailments, migraine headaches, and as a gargle for mouth and sore throat sores. It may be used externally to relieve chronic skin problems.
Preparation
2 grams (1 teaspoon) per serve. Add 1 teaspoon to a pot for 10-20 mins. Strain, pour and sweeten if desired.
